Hours of Operation - Gem County Historical Village Museum

The Gem County Historical Village Museum is open year round. Admittance is free. Donations are graciously accepted.

Wednesday - Saturday 1:00pm - 5:00pm; & by appointment; Extended hours during The Cherry Festival in June.

Tours can be arranged by appointment during hours of operation.   Depending on the curator's schedule, a tour outside of our hours of operation might also be possible.  Phone Meg at 208/365-9530 (or) 208/365-4340.

   Museum Store

The Museum store is located in the museum and is open during museum hours.

   Museum Records and Archives

Many of the photos, books, newspapers, magazines, and records we have are available for viewing during museum hours. Please call in advance to make sure we have what you are looking for and to arrange a time to view them so we can find what you need.

Gem County Historical Society

Membership meetings and guest speaker programs are held on the third Tuesday of each month, September through May, at 7:30pm in the museum.   Visitors are always welcome.

The Board of Directors meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm in the Museum.
